The Bold Bash Events website is an online platform where customers may purchase event décor products and services, including balloons, floral arrangements, party accessories, rental items, and event set-ups offered by or through Bold Bash Events. Use of this Site is conditioned on compliance with the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Nothing on this Site shall be interpreted as creating any guarantee, warranty, or obligation on behalf of Bold Bash Events. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or terminate service, decline any order (even after it has been submitted), and/or discontinue business with a client at any time, with or without cause. Each order is processed as a separate and independent transaction, unrelated to previous purchases.

Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using this Site or placing an order. By accessing this Site and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Bold Bash Events may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions. If significant changes are made, a notice will be posted on the website for a reasonable period of time.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, its content, and all products or services offered by Bold Bash Events are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all such warranties are disclaimed.

2. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Under no circumstances shall Bold Bash Events—including its affiliates, owners, directors, employees, representatives, agents, partners, licensors, or suppliers—be held liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages that may arise from or relate to the use of our products, services, or these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, claims involving negligence, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, loss of data, loss of profits, or any similar harm, even if Bold Bash Events or its representatives have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

In addition, Bold Bash Events and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any damages (including physical injury, death, or emotional distress) resulting from your use of products or services, or from any items ordered or delivered through Bold Bash Events.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of Bold Bash Events, its affiliates, partners, licensors, suppliers, and distributors for any and all claims related to the products and services provided shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you have paid to Bold Bash Events for products and services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

3. Payment

Bold Bash Events operates as a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as valid forms of payment.

For security purposes, we do not store credit card information. Payment must be submitted in full at the time of each order.

An order is not considered confirmed or scheduled for delivery until full payment has been received. Without payment, no reservation or delivery date will be secured.

4. Products and Pricing

All products, descriptions, and prices listed on the Bold Bash Events website are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without obligation to you or to any third party.

If a product is displayed with incorrect pricing or inaccurate details due to typographical errors, supplier information errors, or other mistakes, Bold Bash Events reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, regardless of whether payment has already been made. In the event an order is canceled under these circumstances, a refund will be promptly issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified.

For the safety of our clients and company, Bold Bash Events utilizes a third-party application for fraud prevention. We are not responsible or liable for any order that is declined as a result of fraud protection measures.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Credit

All orders become final and non-refundable within five (5) days of the scheduled delivery date, with the exception of custom requests, floral arrangements, and wedding orders, which are always final and non-refundable. Delivery times may only be changed based on availability and must be requested at least five (5) days before the scheduled date.

Any items that have already been built or prepared cannot be refunded and will be discarded if the order is canceled. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those related to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances, as each order is custom-made and cannot be reused or resold.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to a Force Majeure event (as defined in Section 36), a credit will be issued. If fulfillment is not possible for reasons unrelated to Force Majeure, a refund will be provided instead.

Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Credits issued by Bold Bash Events are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust the expiration period or credit eligibility at our sole discretion without prior notice. Clients are solely responsible for tracking and using their credits before they expire. Expired credits will not be reinstated.

Proof of Refund or Credit Issuance

Bold Bash Events will only recognize refunds or credits that have been formally approved and confirmed in writing via email. Verbal assurances from any team member, including sales or customer support, are not considered valid or binding.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have received an official email from Bold Bash Events confirming the details of any refund or credit. This email will serve as the sole valid proof of issuance, and clients are encouraged to retain it for their records.

No refunds or credits will be processed or honored without this written confirmation.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@boldbashevents.com. Bold Bash Events reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or remove this Cancellation Policy at any time and without prior notice.

This policy applies equally to all clients, regardless of where they are located. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for a client’s residence or service location, and no exceptions will be made based on geographic location.

6. Delivery

Bold Bash Events cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time or location. Deliveries are provided within a one-hour delivery window. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that delivery is permitted at the chosen location, including obtaining approval for latex and foil balloons if applicable. We strongly recommend that the purchaser or recipient be present at the time of delivery. Bold Bash Events does not recommend leaving deliveries unattended and is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of an order once it has been delivered or accepted by another individual on-site.

If a building has a doorman, we may contact the purchaser or recipient to confirm whether the doorman may accept the delivery. All deliveries include only the items listed on the order. Orders are delivered bagged and will remain bagged unless a set-up service has been purchased for an additional fee.

Deliveries to commercial or residential buildings will be left in the lobby or with the doorman, if applicable. Orders will not be carried upstairs or into private residences unless specifically arranged in advance. Items will not be unbagged, set up, or repositioned unless a set-up option has been selected and paid for in advance. Additional décor, alcohol, or food items not purchased through Bold Bash Events will not be delivered. We are not liable for any health issues, illnesses, or allergic reactions arising from a delivery.

It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to obtain all permissions from hotels, venues, restaurants, or other spaces prior to delivery and to inform Bold Bash Events of any restrictions. We are not responsible for securing such approvals, nor will we issue refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to venue restrictions.

Each order will be delivered once, to one location at the scheduled time. If delivery cannot be completed for any reason, the order will be returned to our facility, and the purchaser will be notified. A second delivery, if requested, will incur an additional delivery fee. Bold Bash Events will not pick up or re-deliver an order once it has been delivered. Undeliverable orders are non-refundable.

For quality control and recordkeeping, Bold Bash Events may photograph completed deliveries. These photographs may also be used for our portfolio and social media. However, no personal information, receipts, or identifiable images of individuals will be shared without prior consent.

If balloons or floral items are damaged during delivery, we will replace the affected items where feasible during business hours. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued for the defective item(s) only. Refunds or replacements will not apply to damage caused after delivery has been completed.

In cases of Force Majeure, automobile accidents, or hazardous conditions that delay or prevent delivery, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the order amount.

Important Care Notice: Balloons should not remain in delivery bags. For best results and maximum float time, balloons must be unbagged immediately upon receipt. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for reduced float time or damage resulting from balloons being left in bags.

All requests to change or cancel a delivery must be submitted in writing via email to info@boldbashevents.com.

7. Missing, Damaged, and Defective Products

In the event that an item is missing, damaged, or defective, Bold Bash Events may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability.

To be eligible, clients must notify Bold Bash Events on the day of delivery via email at info@boldbashevents.com, and must include:

The order number,
A detailed description of the issue, and
At least one clear photograph of the missing, damaged, or defective item.

Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not qualify for a replacement, credit, or refund. After this period, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Bold Bash Events reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a replacement, credit, or refund will be issued. Once a resolution is provided, clients may not request an alternative remedy.

We may also request additional photographic or written confirmation of the reported issue. Failure to provide such requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

8. Rerouting or Rescheduling

All deliveries and setups are scheduled exclusively for the time selected at checkout.

If a delivery or setup address needs to be changed, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to notify Bold Bash Events via email at info@boldbashevents.com no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or setup date. Approval of any rerouting or rescheduling request is at the sole discretion of Bold Bash Events and is subject to availability.

If a reroute is requested while the order is already in transit, an additional delivery fee will apply.
If a team member has already arrived at the original location and is then asked to reroute, an additional delivery fee will also apply.
Rerouted deliveries or setups must remain within Bold Bash Events’ eligible service area/zip codes.

For setups, a team member is assigned exclusively for the reserved time slot. If the purchaser declines setup at that time, they accept full responsibility for completing the setup themselves. Bold Bash Events will not return at a later time, date, or location to complete the setup.

If the purchaser wishes to have the setup completed at a different time or location than originally scheduled:

A new setup fee will apply,
Approval is at the discretion of Bold Bash Events, and
Any rescheduling is subject to availability.

Bold Bash Events does not allow for partial delivery and setup (e.g., delivering at one time slot and returning later to set up). All deliveries and setups must be completed during the originally scheduled reservation unless otherwise approved and rescheduled in advance.

9. Pickup

Pickup is available on select orders, depending on size, design, and availability, and is approved solely at the discretion of Bold Bash Events.

For approved pickups, Bold Bash Events strongly recommends using an empty trunk or vehicle with back seats collapsed to allow adequate space and reduce the risk of damage.
Bold Bash Events is not responsible for any damage to the order once it has left our premises.
If an order is not picked up on the date and time confirmed, Bold Bash Events is not liable for damages or changes to the order that occur after the scheduled pickup time.
Any attempt to pick up an order after business hours will require the purchaser to return the following business day.
If an order is not picked up within one full business day after the scheduled pickup date, the order will be discarded. No remake, credit, or refund will be issued.

10. Setup

Access to Space
Installations and setups require access to the event space by an on-site contact. If Bold Bash Events cannot gain access, the setup will not be completed, and no refunds will be issued. Additional fees will apply if a second trip is required.
Venue Permissions
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all necessary permissions and approvals from hotels, venues, restaurants, or other locations for an installation or setup. The purchaser must also communicate any venue restrictions (e.g., tape, wall usage, ceiling access, etc.). Bold Bash Events is not responsible for securing permission or for any venue-imposed limitations. If setup is denied by a venue on the day of the event, no refunds will be issued.
On-Site Contact
Bold Bash Events strongly recommends that the purchaser or a designated representative be present during the installation. If no representative is available, our team will use its professional judgment for placement. In such cases, all decisions are final, and no refunds or liability will be issued.
Design & Changes
Final installations will not be exact replicas of proposal renderings. Once a proposal is approved, changes cannot be made without incurring additional fees. Bold Bash Events will not provide refunds for modifications made after approval.
Liability & Damages
Bold Bash Events is not responsible for:

Damages to walls, ceilings, or surfaces used during installation.
Damages to products after installation is complete.
Any losses or damages resulting from removal (“strike”) of installations.

By approving setup, the purchaser acknowledges that Bold Bash Events may use 3M Command products, adhesives, ribbons, fishing line, and other necessary materials for installation and removal, and assumes all associated risks.

Height Restrictions
Bold Bash Events does not perform installations exceeding 10 feet in height. If a design exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to refuse the installation, and no refunds will be issued.
Safety Disclaimer
Purchasers acknowledge that all installations may involve ladders, elevated surfaces, electrical equipment, or outdoor conditions. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to these conditions. Weather (wind, rain, heat, or cold) may affect the safety, stability, or appearance of products, including balloons and decor, and Bold Bash Events is not liable for these natural occurrences.

11. Strike/Tear Down
The following terms apply to all strikes or tear downs, regardless of whether they are purchased online or through a custom design order. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to organize the strike or tear down date and time with the hotel, venue, restaurant, or space.

If on the day of the strike or tear down Bold Bash Events cannot gain access or permission to the space, Bold Bash Events is not responsible or liable and will not issue a refund. An additional fee will be charged for a second strike or tear down. Changes to the time of, or the addition of, a strike or tear down to an order can be accommodated at an additional fee based on availability.

Bold Bash Events will strike or tear down and destroy any and all Bold Bash Events products. If the client does not want certain products or items discarded at the time of the strike or tear down, the client must remove them before Bold Bash Events begins the process. Bold Bash Events will not handle non-Bold Bash Events decor items.

Bold Bash Events will begin the strike or tear down at the agreed-upon time. A delay or change in timing can be accommodated based on Bold Bash Events’ availability and will result in an additional fee. For orders requesting a strike or tear down, the client is responsible for any damages or losses to Bold Bash Events equipment left on-site prior to the pickup of materials at the end of an event.

Bold Bash Events does not offer delivery services for items being striked or torn down. If a client does not hire Bold Bash Events to perform the strike or tear down, Bold Bash Events is not responsible, liable, and will not issue any refunds for damages to surfaces, materials, or any personal incidents occurring during the client’s own takedown process.

12. Outdoor
Outdoor orders are not guaranteed and are non-refundable. Weather conditions may impact the stability and quality of the setup and products. Extreme temperatures, wind, humidity, rain, sleet, snow, or direct sunlight exposure can affect the products and/or the functionality of the setup.

12.1 Outdoor Setup and Installation Policy

Weather Conditions: For all outdoor setups or installations, the Bold Bash Events team reserves the right to assess the feasibility of the setup based on prevailing weather conditions. Installations will not proceed if conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable, including, but not limited to:

Temperatures below 10°C (50°F)
High winds
Rain or other precipitation
Elevated humidity levels

Final Determination: The Bold Bash Events team holds sole authority to determine whether an outdoor setup can proceed. If conditions are deemed unsuitable, the installation may be relocated indoors, provided a suitable indoor location is available.

Non-Refundable Orders: Outdoor orders are non-refundable under all circumstances. If the client declines an indoor installation or if no appropriate indoor space is available, the order remains non-refundable, and Bold Bash Events shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction or losses.

Safety and Liability: The Bold Bash Events team will not perform installations under conditions that jeopardize their safety. Bold Bash Events is not liable for any damages, delays, or disruptions resulting from weather or other environmental factors affecting outdoor setups.

Client Responsibility: Clients are required to comply with this policy. Any attempt to proceed with an outdoor setup in violation of these terms will result in cancellation of the service without refund.

By placing an order for outdoor décor, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts that Bold Bash Events bears no liability for modifications, cancellations, or damages due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.

13. COI
If a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for a delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to request one from Bold Bash Events at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. The purchaser must provide any specific instructions or requirements for the COI at the time of the request. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for obtaining or verifying any particular COI requirements from a venue or building.

A standard COI can be provided upon request by Bold Bash Events. Under no circumstances may the terms of Bold Bash Events’ standard COI be modified or amended.

If Bold Bash Events is not properly notified that a COI is required and the delivery or setup is subsequently refused, Bold Bash Events shall not be held responsible or liable, and no refund will be issued.

14. Privacy
Personal information provided to Bold Bash Events will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. General Rules and Practices

15.1. Outside Vendors:
Bold Bash Events does not accept or work with products from external vendors or products not purchased or offered by Bold Bash Events. This includes, but is not limited to, ribbons, weights, tassels, garlands, and photographs.

15.2. Florals:
All floral orders are final and non-refundable. Cancellations or refunds cannot be made once an order is submitted. To maintain freshness, change water daily and refill with fresh, cold water. Remove leaves or foliage below the water line, and recut stems every two days. Keep florals out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources, and separate from fresh fruit. Minor natural variations may occur, and Bold Bash Events does not guarantee that the delivered arrangement will exactly match online representations. Floral arrangements are designed to look their best on the day of your event. Bold Bash Events floral arrangements are not intended to be consumed by humans or pets.

15.3. Wedding Florals & Rentals:
All wedding floral and rental orders are final and non-refundable. Minor natural variances may occur, and delivered wedding floral arrangements may slightly differ from online images. Arrangements are designed to be freshest on the day of your event. Keep wedding florals out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Wedding floral arrangements and rentals are not intended to be consumed by humans or pets.

15.4. Pets:
Bold Bash Events is not responsible for defects in third-party pet party supplies. Balloons and floral arrangements are not intended for pets to bite, lick, or ingest. Dispose of all waste properly and supervise pets around Bold Bash Events products. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or incident involving pets and our products.

15.5. Hi-Float and Inflation:
Hi-Float sealant is applied to helium-filled latex balloon orders but does not guarantee extended float times. Inflation with helium or air is included in all balloon orders. Bold Bash Events does not inflate balloons from external vendors and does not provide helium tanks for purchase or rental.

15.6. Glossy & Matte Finish:
Latex balloons may appear glossy upon inflation and may become matte or opaque over time due to oxidation. This is normal and expected.

15.7. Foil Balloons:
Bold Bash Events does not recommend reusing balloons. Any issues with reused balloons are not the responsibility of Bold Bash Events.

15.8. Ceiling Balloons:
Ceiling balloons are recommended for flat, dry-wall surfaces and may not perform well on popcorn ceilings, wood, or brick. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for popping or deflation, and recommends same-day delivery. Candles near ceiling balloons are not advised due to smoke marks. Ribbon length is 7.5 ft; adjustments are available at additional cost if setup is purchased.

15.9. Balloon Columns:
Outdoor balloon columns may shrink faster. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for shrinkage. Removal is available for an additional fee.

15.10. Balloon Arches:
Outdoor balloon arches may shrink faster. Arches using aeropoles or flexpoles require a mandatory strike post-event. Damages to materials are the client’s responsibility. Organic balloon arch designs may vary.

15.11. Balloon Backdrops:
Bold Bash Events recommends installation for all backdrops. If the purchaser declines installation, Bold Bash Events is not responsible for wall or surface damage.

15.12. Vinyl Balloons:
Vinyl message balloons are temperature-sensitive and intended for same-day use. Purchasers are solely responsible for providing personalized messages or logos. Errors or missing information are the purchaser’s responsibility. Adjustments may be accommodated based on availability. No refunds for personalized balloons.

15.13. Balloon Bouquets:
Due to movement, balloon bouquets may not exactly match online images. Best used on the day of the event; float longevity beyond delivery day is not guaranteed.

15.14. Gender Reveal Balloons:
Purchasers must provide gender information at least 24 hours prior to delivery via email to support@boldbashevents.com. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for obtaining this information. Incorrect information is not eligible for refunds. Gender reveal balloons are recommended to be popped within 2–3 hours of receipt.

15.15. Florals (Maintenance):
Change water daily, remove submerged leaves, and recut stems every 2 days. Keep out of sunlight and heat. Minor natural variations may occur, and arrangements may differ from online images.

15.16. Rentals/Equipment:
Clients are responsible for maintaining the condition of rentals and equipment. Additional charges will apply for damage.

15.17. Party Supplies:
Bold Bash Events is not responsible for third-party product defects. Defective Bold Bash Events products may be replaced or refunded. Returns must be in original packaging with the original order number; opened packages are not accepted.

15.18. Gift Notes:
Personalized gift notes will be transcribed exactly as provided by the purchaser. Errors in messages are the purchaser’s responsibility. Adjustments may be accommodated based on availability. No refunds for incorrect messages.

15.19. Eco-Policy:
Bold Bash Events strives for eco-conscious practices, including reuse and recycling, working with partners that meet our standards.

16. SUBSTITUTIONS

16.1. Balloon Products:
If a specific balloon, weight, ribbon, or tassel is unavailable, Bold Bash Events may substitute another color while maintaining the overall design and color palette.

15.2. Floral Products:
If specific flowers or containers are unavailable, Bold Bash Events may substitute flowers or containers of equal value while maintaining the overall design and color palette.

17. Longevity

17.1. Balloon Float Time Indoors:
Balloon float times are affected by temperature, humidity, air circulation, and altitude. Float times are not guaranteed:

Giant Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Gender Reveal Popping Balloons: Best up to 5 hours
11in Bouquets: Best up to 2 days, can last up to 3 days
16in Bouquets: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
24in Centerpiece: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
16in Air Letters: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Foil Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Columns/Table Runners: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Floating Arch: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days
Balloon Garlands/Arches (Air Filled): Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Backdrops: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Floor Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days
Ceiling Balloons: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days
Number Bouquets: Best up to 2 days, can last up to 3 days

17.2. Balloon Float Time Outdoors:
Outdoor conditions reduce balloon longevity. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for outdoor balloon performance.

17.3. Floral:

Fresh florals: Best displayed day of delivery, up to 3 days
Dried florals: Best displayed up to 10 days, may last 30 days
Silk florals: No longevity limitations

18. DAMAGES
For damaged or defective orders, Bold Bash Events may offer replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability. Purchasers must notify Bold Bash Events via email on the day of delivery with a photograph of the item. Provision of photographic evidence is required; failure may result in no resolution.

19. Safety

19.1. Balloons:
Helium should not be inhaled; it can cause asphyxiation. Do not release balloons outdoors. Adult supervision is required for children under 8. Discard broken balloons immediately. Latex balloons may cause allergic reactions.

19.2. Florals:
Floral arrangements are not edible; keep away from children and pets.

19.3. Party Accessories:
Small parts may pose choking hazards. Review all manufacturer warnings and instructions. Bold Bash Events is not responsible for third-party product labeling changes.

20. Ordering Lead Time
For freshness, schedule balloon and floral deliveries on the day of your event whenever possible. Same-day or next-day balloon delivery is available based on availability. Floral and greenery orders require at least 5 business days’ notice, excluding floral gift boxes, which may be same-day or next-day.

21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bold Bash Events, its officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, and retail partners from liability, losses, damages, or fees, including attorneys’ and expert fees, arising from: (1) your violation of applicable laws; (2) breach of this agreement; (3) fraud; (4) misconduct or gross negligence.

22. Site Control From USA
This Site is controlled from U.S. offices. Bold Bash Events makes no representation that materials are suitable for use in other jurisdictions. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is at your own risk. Illinois law governs all content, and users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Illinois state and federal courts.

23. Copyright Materials; Infringement

All content on the Site is owned by Bold Bash Events or third parties. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or transmission is prohibited. Report alleged infringement to Bold Bash Events designated agent. Bold Bash Events and third parties reserve all legal rights.

24. Trademarks
Trademarks and service marks are property of Bold Bash Events or their respective owners. Use of logos or trademarks requires prior written permission.

25. Right To Preserve and Disclose
Bold Bash Events may retain or disclose information provided by users if necessary to complete transactions, comply with law, enforce terms, respond to claims, protect rights or safety, or in the event of asset acquisition.

26. Prohibited Actions
Users may not reverse engineer, alter, damage, disrupt, sublicense, transfer, or act fraudulently using the Site or materials. Bold Bash Events reserves all rights and may pursue legal action for violations.

27. Prohibition on Scripts, bots, Third Parties, ETC.

Users may not access the Site through automated programs or provide access to others.

28. Creation of an Account
Accounts require name, shipping address, email, phone, and password. Information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

29. Password Security
